My hearts bleeds to learn that the name of Dr.Garigipati Rudrayya Chowdary Was most disgracefully scraped from the porch,where it used to adore for many years.He has been applauded by one and all as the architect of VSMC,mentor of many members of the teaching staff and hailed as Regent-par-excellence.He was a visionary who shaped the VSMC,its form and substance,a spirit behind all that we are all proud of VSMC. It is unthinkable to visualize the college without him. people honor the dead since time immemorial,more so we ought to, this man of many parts and extensive erudition.Whoever did this heinous act is narrow visioned and vindictive.For a man who did so much for this institution, this ignominy is the meanest type of vengeance. The dead leave behind them only their honor. If that precious honor is also demolished where else do we search for humanism ? Do we appreciate those who dig the graves and pull out the dead and desecrate? I hope all right thinking people shall condemn this and endeavour to restore his honor..M.V.Krishnaiah
